RVCB Systems Upgrade February 25-27, 2021

Dear RVCB Customers,
River Valley Community Bank is excited to announce that we will be going through a technology upgrade which will include state-of-the-art systems to enhance the digital banking tools we offer our customers. This will include Consumer Online Banking, Business Online Banking, Online Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, and ACH services. These upgrades are scheduled to take place February 25-27, 2021.This is an exciting change for you, as it will greatly improve your banking experience with RVCB.
What do you need to do:
In your existing online banking application, watch for a message with your temporary password you will need to login to the new online and mobile banking applications for the first time. Your username will remain the same in the new application. It is important to remember your username.
Please also note the following dates and instructions to be prepared for limited access to your accounts during the upgrade period:
- THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25*: Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay and Mobile Deposit will be unavailable beginning at 4 p.m. Please schedule all online bill payments to process prior to this time. Any payments scheduled between February 26-28 will be pushed to March 1. Please also backup your Quicken/Quickbooks accounts by 4:00pm on Thursday the 25.
- FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26: Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay and Mobile Deposit will be unavailable.
- SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 27: Our new Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay and Mobile Deposit will be available after 8 a.m. The new online application will still be accessed from the Bank’s website home page. Our new mobile app will be available to download. For further instruction, please refer to RVCB’s Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) below.
*Important note: Deposits made after 4 p.m. on February 25 will be available for in-branch withdrawal if needed until 6 p.m. February 26 but will not be connected to your “funds available” with your RVCB debit card until 8 a.m. March 1. As an added precaution, please plan to have alternate access to funds, such as a credit card or cash on hand, to use between February 25-March 1.

Please take the time to review these materials because they have important information about what you can do now to prepare for the conversion and what to do after the conversion.
